Catch-all Emails
Should you create a catch-all email account? What is a catch-all mailbox?
A catch-all email mailbox is one that collects all the email messages sent to invalid email addresses. For instance, if your email address is info@domain.com, but someone miswrites it and sends an email to inof@domain.com, it will still be received in the catch-all mailbox that you have created. Only one single mailbox per domain name can have this feature activated and thus you’ll never miss messages because the other party has an obsolete address or has made a spelling error. The drawback of creating a catch-all mailbox is that you may start receiving lots of unsolicited bulk emails, but this issue can be fixed by using an anti-spam protection solution. It is also essential to keep in mind that a mailbox with an activated catch-all functionality cannot redirect inbound email messages to a third-party address.

Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be enabled easily if you have a
semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be displayed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll find a mini logo conveniently situated directly next to each one. With just a single click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with this option already enabled and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable this option using the menu that will come into sight. In case any of the prerequisites for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will inform you, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
